Drupal: il CMS

DRUPAL è un sistema di gestione di contenuti (in inglese Content Management System, da cui la abbastanza nota sigla CMS ) Open Source realizzato con il linguaggio PHP. In pratica DRUPAL è un ambiente con cui è possibile costruire da un piccolo sito, un blog fino ad un discreto portale o un'applicazione aziendale. Questo sito è realizzato con Drupal. Ho iniziato a studiare questo sistema perchè mi sembrava flessibile, con una discreta sicurezza, con un'ampia comunità che lo supporta e perchè usa il linguaggio PHP con cui mi trovo abbastanza a mio agio. All'inizio DRUPAL è' un tantinello tosto da capire e quasi si è tentati di abbandonarlo per altri sistemi, ma poi si scopre che, a capirlo bene, può dare grandi soddisfazioni.
Sto scrivendo una mia guida a DRUPAL che spero possa aiutare qualcuno a rompere il ghiaccio e iniziare ad usare questo CMS.
